Company Profile:
The Bavarian Research Alliance (BayFOR) is a private non-profit company which supports and advises scientists from Bavarian universities and universities of applied sciences as well as SMEs in the competition for EU research funding - particularly with regard to the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). BayFOR facilitates closer cooperation between science and business at regional and international level. Furthermore, the BayFOR EU Liaison Office in Brussels strengthens Bavarian actors from science and business, in that it conveys essential regional research interests through representation in the structures of European institutions. BayFOR is a partner institution in the Bavarian Haus der Forschung (HDF).
